SEOUL, February 3 (AJP) - The music video for Rosé's latest hit song "APT." has garnered over one billion views on YouTube as of the end of last month.
According to her agency last week, the catchy song, by the member of the girl group BLACKPINK, reached the milestone in about three months since its release in October last year, becoming the fastest K-pop music video to do so and the fifth fastest among all music videos worldwide.
Her latest feat broke the previous record set by rapper Psy's "Gangnam Style" about two months faster, as his megahit single took more than five months to reach one billion views when it was released in 2012.
"APT." is part of her full-length album "Rosie" which contains 12 tracks and global pop artist Bruno Mars collaborated on the song.
