SPAC Churchill Capital IV gains on speculation of Lucid Motors collaboration with Apple

SPAC Churchill Capital IV (NYSE:CCIV), which is in a deal to take Lucid Motors public, rose 4.9% on speculation of potential partnership to make EV cars with Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL).
The speculation comes after Wccftech late Friday highlighted a story from earlier this month in the Guardian where Lucid Motors CEO Peter Rawlinson declined to comment when asked if the EV maker had been approached by Apple. Adding potential more heft to the rumor is the fact that former chief Apple designer Jony Ive is on the board of Lucid.
The Lucid Motors rumors also come after a report earlier this month that a Magna International (NYSE:MGA) joint venture with LG Electronics is said near a contract to build Apple EVs.
Lucid Motors last month said its luxury EV model almost fully reserved.

이 추측은 지난 금요일 Wccftech 가 가디언 (Guardian) 에서 루시드 모터스 CEO 피터 롤 린슨 (Peter Rawlinson)이 EV 제조업체에 애플의 접근 여부를 물었을 때 논평을 거부 한 이야기를 강조한 후 나온 것이다 . 소문에 잠재력을 더하는 것은 전직 수석 Apple 디자이너 Jony Ive가 Lucid의 이사회에 있다는 사실입니다.
루시드 모터스 (Lucid Motors)의 루머는 LG 전자와 Magna International (NYSE : MGA ) 합작 회사가 Apple EVs를 구축하기위한 계약에 가까워 졌다는 보도가 나왔다 .
지난달 Lucid Motors는 자사의 고급 EV 모델이 거의 완전히 예약 되었다고 밝혔다 .
